PALESTINE’S COMMUNIST EFFORTS
We have all heard Rashida Tlaib, a senator from Michigan, crying on the Capitol steps for the poor Palestinian children who are being killed by the Israelis. She accused the Israelis of bombing a Palestinian hospital and killing 500 people. Unfortunately, none of this could be confirmed at the time. Both Israel and Hamas declared the other was responsible. After a few days of investigation, it was determined that a Hamas rocket had misfired and hit outside of the hospital. The number of victims that Hamas claimed were killed was not confirmed, but intelligences claim the number is highly exaggerated. |
We will probably never know for sure. Much of war these days is based on who is reporting. If one side can get media support, they will have the advantage. This is where Rashida Tlaib is emotionally setting up her campaign against Israel and the United States. Not only does she have Palestinian and LGBTQ+ flags outside her office in the U.S. capitol but she has promoted anti-Israeli protests in the streets of our major cities.
The four congresswomen – Reps. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez of New York, Rashida Tlaib of Michigan and Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts – have not only been the focus of intense scrutiny and criticism from Republicans, but they’ve even sparred with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in their drive to move the Democratic Party leftward and supported Palestinian claims. Hopefully, you are asking yourself “Why?” One good reason is because they all have Socialistic or Communistic ties and thus, will lend their support to any and all countries that share the same ideology. Is Palestine primarily socialistic/communist? Yes. |
The initial core group of communists in Palestine was formed by Jewish immigrants from the Soviet Union in 1919. Jewish left-wing activists who had come to Palestine were recognized by and accepted into the Comintern, the international organization of communist parties directed from Moscow. They took the name the Socialist Workers Party. Many Palestinians were drawn to the cause and in 1923 the Palestinian Communist Party (PCP) was formed.
The PCP was known for its firm stance against the British occupation and for its support for Palestine's independence, as well as its criticism of the policies of appeasement toward Britain adopted by the leadership of the Arab nationalist movement. The Arabs were working for acceptance from England and eventual acquisition of the British held land in the Middle East to expand their territory.

In the late 1920s Arabs began to join, and in the 1930s the party, at the direction of the Comintern, began to "Arabize" the party and bring Arabs into the leadership. There were many issues that cause problems along ethnic lines. During these times it was perceived that the Arabs, Palestinians and Israelis were all irreconcilably different even though they had all worked together as communists until that time. The Arabs favored nationalism for themselves and denounced Zionist imperialism establishing a country for Jews. By 1944 most of the Palestinian membership joined the newly created National Liberation League (NLL).
After the Arab-Israel War (1948) the mostly Jewish PCP became the Israel Communist Party, and many Palestinians inside Israel, including members of the NLL, joined it. In the Gaza Strip, NLL and former Palestinian PCP members created the Communist Party of Gaza. The NLL continued in the West Bank until 1951, when many of its members joined with Jordanian communists to form the Jordan Communist Party (JCP).

So, now we have three Communistic organizations in the Palestine area: Israel Communist Party, Communist Party of Gaza and the Jordan Communist Party. The Jordan Communist Party was plagued by internal fighting and changed their name twice but will eventually become the Palestine Communist Organization which gave its support to the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO)
As you can see, Israeli, Palestinians, and Arabs could never really get along. Arabs wanted a Palestine country where both Jews and Palestinians could live. Israelis wanted their own country and the Palestinians their own. In 1947 the United Nations General Assembly approved a plan for the partition of Palestine. They recommended the creation of an independent Arab State as well as a neighboring Jewish State.
Israel was established and aided by the U.S. to be a capitalistic country and has become the wealthiest and most advanced country in the Middle East. The Palestinian state was not established due to continued infighting. The remaining territories of pre-1948 Palestine, the West Bank - including East Jerusalem- and Gaza Strip, were administered from 1948 till 1967 by Jordan and Egypt, respectively. After the Six Day War started by Egypt and lost, Israel monitors Gaza and the West Bank.

The PLO under Yasser Arafat became national terrorist group. They were involved in guerilla warfare and protest. In 1958 he and his friends founded Al-Fatah, an underground network of secret cells, which in 1959 began to publish a magazine advocating armed struggle against Israel. At the end of 1964 Arafat left Kuwait to become a full-time revolutionary, organizing Fatah raids into Israel from Jordan.
Arafat was in accord with Democratic Socialists and the Socialist ideology. But to say that Palestine is totally Socialistic would be a stretch. They also harbor terrorist organizations like Hamas. There has not been a stable governing group. The interesting thing about Palestine is that they have been adopted by every Socialistic and Communistic organizations in the world. Take one look at the internet and search for Socialism and Palestine or Communism and Palestine and you will find they are all working hard to support Palestine against “the capitalists”. |
Now back to our “friends” in the U.S. Congress, the “Squad.” They all support Palestine because they are all socialists. Unfortunately, they don’t speak against the actions of Hamas, who support the erasure of Jews, Israel, and the United States. Why are they working in the U.S. Congress?? Why do they support open borders??? Why do they encourage demonstrations and unrest?? Why do we allow colleges and universities to hire people who want to destroy our country and teach our children that the U.S.A. is bad??? Something to think about. KLN |
