CLASSICAL CONSERVATIVE BOOKS
The conservative tradition embodies centuries of accumulated wisdom from some of the brightest and most inspiring thinkers you’ll find. As such, I will include the must-read conservative books worth your time and attention this next year. Whether you read all, some, or only one, you will be getting a healthy dose of conservative thought that cuts through the banality of most political discourse and gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a conservative.
Come and join our book club. We have a Zoom meeting once a month to discuss the books we are reading. So far, we have read Lillith, Out of a Silent Planet, Madman, Hinds Feet on High Places, The Screwtape Letters, Josiah’s Fire, The Cross and Switchblade, When God doesn’t Fix It, Kisses from Katie, and Run Baby Run, The Fall of Lucifer, Bruchko, Rees Howell: Intercessor, and A Skeleton in God's Closet, Adoniram Judson - America's First Foreign Missionary, The Sentinels of Andersonville, and The Final Quest, Through Gates of Splendor, and Till We Have Faces. If you like to read Christian literature, send your email address to us at [email protected] and state READ. We will send you an invitation to our next meeting. We are currently reading Chasing the Dragon by Jackie Pullinger.
